It translates to "the size of the speaker", I guess it means higher volume. I'm afraid it's not something that can be done using Xposed. You can change region on Global ROMs to remove volume limit, but I don't think it applies to China ROMs. Another option is to use some Magisk modules to modify system audio libraries. ViPER4Android or Dolby, something like that.

How does this separator look like? Screenshot? I know it's there on some devices (with notch maybe?), but I've never seen one myself.
