It's in EdXposed Manager. If you are using EdXposed Installer then you will only have Instant module list and Black/White list. Try to disable both. White list will break mods, black list should work if you don't blacklist packages that are required for mods to work.

Does it look like this with Quick replies? It hides status and navigation bars. If you swipe them from edges they only work inside currently focused window, and apps outside these floating windows cannot be focused unless all windows are closed.
