Sadly, I don't think it is possible. Kernel sends both DOWN and UP events at the same time when fingerprint is touched with screen off, doesn't matter if you remove your finger or not, so it cannot detect long presses.

I only have back sensor and it's not suitable for this. No idea how in-screen fingerprint sensor works, do you have to long press it to open this menu? Does it appear at all when device it being unlocked?

Replacing actions shouldn't be hard, I just need to find how to force open this menu without in-screen sensor :)

Found out where these shortcuts are, but they are completely removed from my ROM, so I can't even force that menu to open. Unless I get a device with in-screen sensor I doubt that I could write a mod blindly.
