•the ability to launch multiple apps in floating window •to add the options in activites ,the option to launch the currently running app in floating window ,so that I can add a hotkey like the left/right button to launch the app in floating window just like we can do with split screen •a toggle in the quick setting to set the sleep time ( the time after which the screen turns off when no activity is done ) eg 30 sec , 1min ,5 min etc Even aosp had this featurefeatureababilitfeature

Multiple floating windows is too complicated, this feature was written with only one window in mind, maybe ask Xiaomi to improve it :)

You mean that action to launch an app/activity should have an option to launch it in floating window? Didn't know you can do it for split screen.

There are third party apps that can add such tiles, just search in Google Play. Any app can add QS tiles using Android API, so it doesn't have to be an Xposed module.
