OK. That's... akward. I expected answer like: "Yea... np." or "No... not in close future, feature you want is beyond xposed boundaries.", etc. Instead you asking for my motives (which are irrelevant to this topic in my opinion). My motives are:
I'm used to have physical keys, which are available all the time, even in full screen. It's more comfortable and convinient instead of trying to "swiping from the edge and hope for the best", because that's how it works now. I'm ready to even sacrafice that space to do and display only that - navigation keys.
Now question rephrasal: Could it be done?
Good job with app BTW. Thanks.

I don't know about any mode that supports permanent navbar and still works as full screen. The only option is to always show transparent one. Fine in some apps, but will block content on the bottom in others.

How about not letting an app going truely full screen?
Another option could be increase the swipe zone for easier showing navbar (for not persistent), or any other option that could help with that.
Fine. Lets try it for the start.

I've never had a problem with immersive mode, navbar shows perfectly after a swipe.
I suggest to get used to soft keys. Physical keys were good, I had them on HTC One, but it's a thing of the past now, soft keys are a lot more flexible, time to accept it :)

Could you create mod to make navbar persistent (especially in full screen)?
What for? It will interfere with the content.
